Assembly :
( 1 ) Insert wheel stand ( first ) and then short U frame into bottom of the side frames.



( 2 ) Firmly press the 2 drum supports into the recess on the drim flanges.



( 3 ) Connect hose connector to angled hose adaptor.



( 4 ) Place wheels on side frames and attach by pressing firmly on wheel covers.



( 5 ) Place assembled drum berween side frames.



( 6 ) Insert angled hose adaptor inside drum; attach remaining connector to outside of angled adaptor, on the side frame.



( 7 ) Insert crank handle into the crank handle drum on the side frame.
( 8 ) Attach large Y frame into top of side frames and tighten height adjustment fasteners.
